Powder coating

Powder coating is the basic method of giving colors to aluminum profiles. This process consists in applying electrified particles of powder paint on the surface of the profiles and then heating them, as a result of which the powder melts and polymerizes. The coating obtained in this way is resistant to corrosion, chemical factors, high temperature and mechanical damage.

The basic varnish coating we offer is a matte coating. However, at the customer's request, it is possible to obtain glossy and structural coatings. Varnish coatings imitating wood-like colors are also available, which we present below.
