Automatic bolt

One of the ways to protect the roller shutter curtain against lifting is the use of the so-called automatic bolt. The bolts are placed in the bottom slat. When the curtain is lowered completely, the bolts are automatically extended from the end strip and the roller shutter is locked, and after lifting it, the bolts slide back into the bottom slat, which unlocks the curtain.
The automatic bolt is used only in roller shutters with a manual control and requires the use of the special end lock for curtain slats and the FIN464 bottom slat.
