Balcony Latch and Holder

Its a combination of two elements: a special latch assembled on the casing and a holder on the sash to clang a French window from the outside without a handle.

A latch precludes banging of the open doors and casing when we are on the balcony.  We close the window by pulling a holder - a latch holds a sash in the casing. The window opens when you press it from the outside.
