Push up spring
For better security in the offices, shops and commercial premises the special roller shutters are used. They are equipped with a push up spring in combination with the cylinder lock mini in the bottom or middle slat. Such a solution enables lifting and lowering the roller shutter from inside and from outside as well as protection of the closed shutter with lock.
The basic spring mechanism used in our roller shutters is a 30/10 x 500, 18 turns spring that allows you to lift the armor with a maximum weight of 12 kg.
The roller shutters with push up spring are equipped with a key operated lock, which secures a shutter against lifting in the closed position. Thanks to the universal bottom/middle slat, the lock can mounted in the bottom as well as in the middle of the curtain. The lock in the middle is more comortable to use because you don't have to bend down to the floor to operate it. In addition, for easier operation, we offer the additional middle slat with the special inner resessed pvc handles in the middle slat and a two-sided external alu handles in the bottom slat.
The cylinder lock mini can be mounted in the bottom slat. In this case the aluminium two-sided external handle is mounted next to the lock and enables lifing the shutter.
The cylinder mini lock is available in three basic colours: white, brown and grey. On the customer request it can be coated for nonstandard colour. The external alu handles are available in two colours: white and brown and they can also be coated in any RAL palette colour using Feyco technology.
The push up spring equipped roller shutters can be lowered easily using the special metal pull bar. It is important in case of very high shutters. We offer grey bars 1000mm or 1500mm long.
