Pvc and alu panels

Except glazed glasses in our windows and doors you can use pvc or alu panels. They are made of a double side veneer and polystyrene foam whichis also a thermoisolation material. A wide range of panels gives opportunity to use them in both pvc and aluminium constructions, also you can match colours. Besides standard thickness 24mm we offer non standard thickness: 28mm, 32mm, 36mm, 40mm, 44mm and 48mm.

PVC panels

Veneer: hard PVC board, thickness 1,00 - 2,00mm
Colour: white, close to RAL 9016
The core: XPS - extruded polystyrene foam

HPL sandwich Renolit foiled panels

Veneer: hpl - high pressure laminate, thickness 2,0mm, woodgrain Renolit foiled - Cova or Hornschuch
Colour: woodgrain or universal colours by Renolit, Cova or Hornschuch standard colour selection
The core: PUR- polyurethane RG 50 lub XPS - extruded polystyrene foam

ALU coated panels

Veneer: aluminium sheeting thickness 1,0 - 1,5mm, powder coated
